Dark side of cities
San José, likke all Latin American cities have some poverty problems and of course housing problems that cause the proliferation of slums in strange places like this cliff near a river in San Jose suburbia.
It would be hard to live there, but you took a nice photo of it. I'm looking at a lot of your photos today, and you do nice work with the color, framing, content, etc. Very nice. It's interesting that you visited Astoria, and thanks for commenting on my blog. I've never been to CR, but I work with tapir conservation and one of the projects is in Corcovado. Everyone I know who has visited CR really likes your country.
Gosh, they're like little shanty houses aren't they?
